Creating safe spaces and building stronger communities
Heart for All (CIC) is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence and other challenges. We believe everyone deserves to live free from fear and violence.
Founded in 2022, we have grown from a small local initiative in Wrexham to a comprehensive support network – through Polish, Welsh, and English speaking professionals – serving communities across North Wales.
We provide a safe, confidential environment where individuals can access the resources and support they need to rebuild their lives and move forward with confidence and hope.

Our multidisciplinary team includes social workers, counselors, legal advocates, and community outreach specialists. Each team member brings unique expertise and a shared commitment to our mission.
We also work closely with a network of volunteers who contribute their time, skills, and passion to support our programs and extend our reach into the community.
